Publisher's Descriptions
Language Assistant is a Macintosh application that gives organized, easy to follow access to several different dictionaries and a translation system that translates to and from English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and many other languages, giving a total of 29 different languages.

We are very proud to introduce Language Assistant 2.6 to you, which contains several great new features. Besides being completely expandable through the use of .trn, or translation files, Language Assistant supports alphabets other than western European. This means translation to and from languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Russian is now possible. And, as always, Language Assistant is available as a free download for a 30 day testing period. We hope you enjoy this new release!

Language Assistant supports both the Mac OS Classic environment (for example, Mac OS 8 and 9), as well as the latest versions of Mac OS X/Carbon.
